Founded in 1950 by Luciano Antonelli as a lingerie manufacturer under the name Vicad, the Gossip firm of Castelfiorentino, now known as Antonelli Firenze, underwent a transformative shift in 2001 under the leadership of the founder's daughters, Enrica and Roberta. The brand embraced a new chapter by introducing a collection of couture shirts, later expanding into a complete Made in Italy "by women for women" total look in 2013.

Antonelli Firenze stands out with its distinctive stylistic vision, characterized by a pursuit of natural elegance and discreetly Italian style, avoiding excess. In 2008, the brand evolved into accessible luxury, reaching over 500 multi brand outlets globally.

Recently, the first Antonelli Firenze flagship store opened in Milan's fashion district, featuring two floors and two large windows on Corso Venezia 12.
